Mazda BT-50
It's a 2006 build, 3L Turbo Diesel dial cab DX. The base model with vinyl floor, manual window winders, manual mirrors and no cruise control. It has been fitted with an ARB high top canopy. It also has air conditioning.
Towing
Taken care of by a Mazda 3000kg tow bar and Tekonsha Prodigy electric brake controller. A standard 7 pin connector is used.
Anderson plugs will be fitted to take care of trailer battery charging (SB175) and fridge power (SB50).
Electrical
A second battery tray has been fitted, along with a Pirahna DBE100-S battery isolator.
We have also added an iPod input to the sound system, and power to the dash for the devices that sit up there.
Communications
So far, only a GME UHF CB radio has been fitted.
Navigation
We use Garmin for directions, and Hema maps on a iPad for maps and tracking.

Storage
There is a large home made drawer in the rear with 2 smaller drawers on top.
Awning
We have fitted a Foxwing awning to give us shade when we are out and about.
